Current Needs

When disasters strike, we move fast, but readiness takes resources. The following items represent our current operational needs to keep our volunteers equipped, safe, and mobile during deployments. These items are part of our ongoing shopping lists, meaning you can either donate funds toward their purchase or donate the items directly by contacting us at [email protected].

Every piece of gear listed below helps us reach isolated communities faster, stay on-site longer, and deliver aid where it’s needed most.


Operational Equipment

  • Utility or debris trailer (dump or landscape style about 6’x10′)

  • Snow plow attachment for the Kawasaki Teryx

  • ATVs or UTVs for recon and supply distribution

  • Chainsaws, pole saws, and related safety equipment

  • Portable generators (gas or propane)

  • Command tents and canopies with sidewalls

  • Camp lighting (solar or rechargeable)

  • Fuel containers, transfer pumps, and storage solutions

  • Folding tables, cots, and chairs

  • Weather monitoring and communication gear


Volunteer Supplies

  • Volunteer T-shirts and identification wristbands

  • Heavy-duty gloves, eye and ear protection

  • N95 masks and first-aid kits

  • Tote bins and storage crates for deployment organization

  • Shelf-stable hydration and nutrition supplies (coolers, water jugs, freeze-dried snacks)

  • Portable signage and labeling materials


Communications & Technology

  • Radios (HAM and GMRS) and repeater systems

  • Starlink or satellite internet kits

  • Rugged tablets or laptops for field operations

  • Drones for reconnaissance and mapping

  • Portable charging stations and power cords

  • GoPros or cameras for documentation and reporting


Administrative & Outreach

  • Ink and printing supplies

  • Print media (rack cards, booklets, business cards, banners)

  • Office supplies (clipboards, notebooks, file storage)

  • Branded tablecloths and outreach displays

  • Software for accounting and grant management


Readiness & Sustainability

  • Solar charging kits for generators and radios

  • Water filtration and purification systems

  • Weatherproof storage sheds and mobile equipment lockers

  • Eco-friendly fuel alternatives and reusable containers
